We are looking for fluent Croatian-speaking documentary-makers or video ethnographers (self-shooter/editor). It is vital that you have a genuine interest in people and culture, and an observational style of film-making. It is essential that you are fluent in Croatian, as we will need you to film and edit the interviews in that language. You must also be fluent in English, and you must be a competent editor.
