Due to some exciting recent client wins, we are growing our creative team. We are on the lookout for a film editor, who will work across multi-market campaigns for global brands to deliver captivating and gripping films.

Our film editor will be responsible for ensuring both the accuracy and quality of our film content. We are looking for an innovative storyteller - someone who is passionate about bringing our clients' stories to life in an impactful and beautiful way.

We need someone with a strong eye for what works across different mediums, formats and styles. Our editor will transform our raw footage into cohesive and impactful final films, with a keen eye for detail, a critical mind and a flare for colour, rhythm and timing.

About the role
Interpreting client briefs in order to understand the desired outcome for the final film
Working with both in-house and freelancer directors to deliver impactful films for our clients
Overseeing edits from rough cut stage to final deliverables across a range of outputs, including brand films, mood films, branded content, social and documentary pieces
Versioning films across multiple lengths, formats and aspect ratios
Colour correction and grading films for final delivery
Sound design and mixing for final delivery
Data management: following best practice when ingesting rushes and storing them to our server network. Implementing and maintaining a highly organised post production workflow, overseeing the back-up and cataloging of all rushes and coordinating file management with freelance editors
What We're Looking For
Extensive experience of Adobe Creative Cloud Software (Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Media Encoder, Audition and Photoshop
Extensive experience of Blackmagic Davinci Resolve
Highly organised with experience of footage backup and cataloging
Creativity and a passion for film/video editing
Editing experience in a professional capacity
Motivation for the continuous development of skills
Ability to work to fast turnarounds/deadlines
Experience using and working in Apple ecosystem
Motion graphics skills in after effect and/or motion
Good colour correction and colour grading skills
A positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills and a team mentality
