Rapha is looking for a talented Film Creative to join Rapha's in-house film team. Working on brand and documentary projects, the right candidate should combine creative flexibility supported by the strong technical knowledge needed to deliver it.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who considers themselves an all-rounder but is still looking for guidance and growth.

Possessing outstanding communication skills, they will be required to shoot and deliver consistently brilliant video in a variety of styles and covering a broad range of topics for differing audiences. They will have a deep understanding of the demands of different platforms and channels and know-how to produce and execute a video that caters to these differences.

As we are a small (but ambitious) team, the right candidate will be keen to explore ways they can add value to Rapha's film making outside of the skill sets they may already demonstrate.

They will have a genuine interest in film, both on location and in the edit suite. They should feel comfortable talking about camera equipment and post-production workflows, to help improve Rapha's own.

THE ROLE:

? Maintaining in house film equipment and organising rentals

? Assisting producers with pre-production, quoting and shoot logistics

? Asset management and media server upkeep

? Contributing to the creation of brand content around key marketing moments, including major product launches or communications priorities

? On-location and studio filming for:

? Campaign creative

? Documentary film

? Product page videos shot in our in-house studio

? Assisting in the post production process with:

? Campaign creative

? Documentary film

? Responsible for versioning, including localisation and social cutdowns

? Create social assets for both organic and paid media

THE CANDIDATE:

? Experience at either an agency, post-house or production company.

? Excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro

? Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Suite and Davinci Resolve

? Good understanding and familiarity with the latest camera equipment

? Ability to assist on a project from brief to final delivery

? Exceptional attention to detail

? Consistent creative thinking and problem solving

? The ability to excel in a fast-paced working environment with tight deadlines

? Sound organisational and time-management skills

? Able to work collaboratively with the wider creative team to solve problems and answer briefs

? Interest in the outdoor and active lifestyle industry
