We are looking for an ambitious, creative features producer to work on a variety of high profile football, lifestyle and entertainment projects and campaigns.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (Play Your Part):
* Deliver original and exciting video content.
* Interrogate briefs and deliver innovative treatments and concepts.
* Interpret club strategy into creative video solutions.
* Proactively and consistently, develop ideas around all types of club content.
* Work collaboratively within the existing production team utilising in-house resource and external talent.
* Lead filming and on-location shoots.
* Manage and resource assignments according to expectations.
* Maintain and increase trusted network of freelance production talent.
* Resource projects to completion - set up, structure and deliver a diverse range of projects.

* Meeting objectives and KPIs as defined in content briefs and club video strategy.
* Ensuring content meets stakeholder expectations.
* Delivering to publishing deadlines as dictated in briefs.
* High production values and quality across all platforms.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:
Experience:
Essential
* Demonstrable previous experience in brand or agency video production.
* Confident and creative approach with ideas from a wide-range of sources outside of football.
* Aware of new trends and styles across a variety of age groups.
* Understanding of social media and how content differs per platform.
* Ability to responsibly manage talent (players, ex-players, presenters) on high pressure shoots.
* Lead the production process (alongside Production Managers), from planning and pre-production to shoot management, risk mitigation and post-production oversight.
* Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate.
* Manage pressure with a high degree of flexibility and fluidity.

Desirable
* A good understanding and interest in football would be beneficial.
* Some shooting experience and video editing capability.
