About You
We're looking for someone to help us secure access to the contributors at the heart of two short films about human augmentation. Most likely, you're from a broadcast TV background, have a university education and have worked in factual, specialist factual or fact ent development and/or production teams. You might also have experience with branded content, but this is not essential.

You'll have great attention to detail matched with a relaxed approach that's born from building a good understanding of the subject, then using your people skills to talk to contributors, explain projects and help them feel at ease with what will be a fairly simple production.

About The Project: Imagine Beyond (5x3" online)
We're speeding towards a world where human augmentation (how technology improves our natural abilities) means we can transcend mere obstacles like how fast we learn, how long we live and what our bodies are naturally capable of. In this series we travel the world and ask, where augmentation is taking the human race, where could we end up and, most importantly, what will the journey be like for the next generation? We've shot the 1st film, which introduces audiences to the subject, with 4 Nobel Prize winners, an astronaut and Brian Eno. Next steps are to secure access to key contributors for two further films for which creative is agreed and budget confirmed.

The Role

1 month initial contract, start ASAP with possibility to be part of the production team and have your contract extended
Research and understand the subject, by learning about augmentation and how why augmentation is important to our key contributors (from university professors to families whose kids will benefit from smart prosthetics)
Proactive outreach - use your new knowledge to relate to contributors and understand how to pitch our films to the universities, families and other contributors we need (we have access in principle to some already)
Planning of shoot dates to hand over to the production team, of which you may become part
You'll be supported by a producer and creative team

c.£750pw dependent on experience.
