We are looking for an experienced JPM / Post Production Supervisor to join our documentary team on a short term basis (whilst we hire someone for the permanent role).

Perfect filler contract
Position is working from home.

Key responsibilities - post production
* Overseeing post production schedule
* Scheduling offline edits, grade, audio, QCs, mastering
* Ensuring trailers & artwork are delivered on time
* Ensuring documentary descriptions & end credits are written & signed off
* Booking translators for foreign language documentaries
* Managing delivery of documentary masters inc. all deliverables
* Arranging post production scripts
* Subtitling of documentaries
* Compliance viewing of documentaries
* Booking QCs
* Delivering documentaries for release on GCN+ app & ensuring release schedules are met
* Overseeing delivery of post production paperwork / legal packs
* Ensuring paperwork is completed in timely manner
* Signing off archive & release forms
* Delivering legal packs prior to broadcast

Skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and across multiple projects, sometimes with conflicting priorities.
A positive attitude towards problem solving is a must for this role.
Detail orientated, organised and good time management is essential.
