We are looking for an Executive Producer for our growing Video Games business. You will be very experienced in CGI and in-engine production projects. You'll have a broad knowledge base of the Video Games industry. The role requires a highly motivated, committed individual who has the talent and experience to secure new business and develop long lasting business relationships.RESPONSIBILITIES:* Contribute to the direction the Video Games business strategy to meet and exceed expectations.* Be able to identify commercial, marketable projects.* Undertake frequent client visits with travel required.* Develop existing client accounts to preserve relationships and manage expectations.* Communicate requirements client-side and grow existing business where possible.* Work with the team to create sales pitches and presentations.* Build and take ownership for new business strategies.* Work alongside the Head of Production to develop best practice processes.* Monitor current workflows, maintain quality, and control budgets to meet business needs.* Help to conceptualise original/innovative approaches to support client needs* Be an evangelist for high quality, innovative solutions for clients and RealtimeUK.* Develop strategies with the Marketing Manager to create and develop awareness. MUST HAVE SKILLS & QUALITIES:* Excellent knowledge CGI and in-engine productions, with a relevant sector background.* Extensive experience in business development, relationship management, and project delivery.* Business planning and strategy skills aligned with the Video Games sector.* Experience managing sales budgets, timescales and milestone delivery.* Strong knowledge of the CG production process. BONUS:* Experience working on CG animation productions.* Knowledge of 2D and 3D packages used in the CG creative process.* Knowledge of Shotgun.
