Red Bull Media House is looking for an experienced Development Producer to strengthen the team in our HQ in Austria!
Long story short - You will guide the development and production of international content, with the goal to create strong, inspiring content for all platforms, of all forms and durations, connecting with audiences worldwide and ultimately benefiting the Red Bull brand and business.

Experience needed:
Currently at Senior / Executive Producer level in an established Media Market
7-10 years overall media employment
Experience in series production or commissioning (ideally in non-scripted, factual entertainment, documentary)
A creative instinct for producing story-driven, visually distinctive content - long, mid and short form
Editorial expertise, with the ability to evaluate and give clear feedback
Clear understanding of the international content market, VOD and broadcast strategy, commissioning, programming, audiences, ratings, etc.
A broad knowledge of all media production methods for creation and delivery essential
Ideally additional experience in writing for television, filming, editing, production management or other aspects of development and production
The ability to work well within a large, international organization
Skills in coordinating and guiding production partners from development phase to production and delivery
Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
