A brilliant Executive Producer at a major financial company, identifying and shaping innovative content that promotes the brand, values and global priorities through significance of its employees and external audiences.
The COMPANY
Is a financial company within the FTSE 100 and is headquartered in London.
The ROLE
You will help sculpt the communications function and creating accessible video content to communicate this to internal and external contacts.
Key Responsibilities -
• Create compelling content that supports business goals and reflects the values and cultural mind-set of the company.
• Manage projects with agency suppliers, adapt video content for the intranet, mobile content and social media platforms.
• Liaise with communications teams to ensure quality content is sourced and developed.
• Collaborate with the network of communications employees and business contacts, as well external film agencies and suppliers.
• Regulate rules and guidelines, developing processes that can be shared more widely across the company to raise content quality and editorial.
The CANDIDATE
With a proven ability to lead video communication briefs from concept through to delivery within a financial services business environment or multinational organization, you will have some journalism experience, alongside the ability to creatively direct and manage briefs.
You will have experience of working across a broad range of communications channels, with project management skills and a thorough understanding of the marcoms-mix including digital and employee communications.
Lastly, you will be highly organized, with the ability to manage film crews, schedules and budgets, alongside a keen eye for detail, and a passion for quality.
