Executive Assistant

London

The Executive Assistant position will be responsible for covering phones, scheduling, expenses and other administrative duties for two Directors. In addition, this individual will provide project support and research as part of the creative development process

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a thorough familiarity with all projects occurring within the department.
Manage calendar for busy executives, including scheduling and confirming appointments with both internal and external participants.
Book and coordinate all travel logistics for Directors and talent (as required).
Attend staff and creative meetings, document agenda items, and take notes.
Organize and maintain department grids and files
Read scripts and writing samples and provide prompt feedback on quality and strengths/weaknesses of material.
Manage the correct handling of unsolicited material/submission and inquiries.
Perform research on artists, as required.
Greet guests arriving at the office and manage event coordination, as required.
Build presentations and/or sizzle reels and manage special projects (as required)
Feed into the post-production process as required

Requirements:
Experience at a Studio, Production Company, Literary Agency or Talent Agency.
A fast, voracious and efficient reader (scripts, books, articles etc.)
Enthusiasm for learning the development function with a passion for content, in particular film.
Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
Proactive problem-solver.
Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong computer literacy.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly.
Detail oriented with the ability to work well and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
Ability to appropriately work with confidential information.
Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible.
