Executive Assistant

London

Would you like to work for a leading global media organisation? Do you have experience in executive support? If so, we'd love to hear from you. We are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to join the Licensing & Merchandising team in London.

In Europe, Middle East and Africa, Turner currently broadcasts 69 channels in 20 languages to 125 countries. It is headquartered in London and operates local offices across the region. The brand portfolio includes EMEA's number one international news brand CNN International as well as Turner's leading kids brands, Cartoon Network - home of global hit animation series such as The Amazing World of Gumball and Boomerang, featuring timeless classics such as Scooby-Doo, Tom & Jerry and Looney Tunes.

The Executive Assistant will provide support to the VP of EMEA's Licensing & Merchandising team, and assist the Senior Director with their diary and travel bookings. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting the organisation of off-site events, including trade shows, and supporting with team communications, as required.

Key duties and responsibilities include:
* Diary management, including coordination across multiple time-zones and with several teams
* Travel management, from planning and booking, through to support with budget management
* General administrative support, including internal/external correspondence, supporting with team communications and overseeing the team's shared drive
* Supporting the organisation for events, off-sites and trade shows
* Raising and receipting purchase orders

Knowledge and experience required
Essential:
* Previous relevant experience in a similar role
* Recent experience of working in an international environment, across multiple time-zones, with large networks of contacts
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (all apps, including PowerPoint)
* Articulate and a good communicator at all levels
* Skilled at building and maintaining positive relationships
* Structured and well organised
* Excellent problem solving skills

Desirable:
* Experience in Packaged Consumer Goods or Consumer Products
* TV or Digital background
