The Mind Set is BBC Education's national peer-to-peer coaching campaign to support students and young people about to take their exams. The project gives students the tools they need to deal with exam stress from those who've been through it before.Main ResponsibilitiesThe aim of the job is to source and cast 12 x Mind Set contributors, four who took their exams in 2019, four from 2020 who didn't take exams in the traditional way and four who are due to take their exams in 2022.Are you the right candidate?The ideal candidates will have previous casting experience and previous experience of working with children/young people.This is not an entry-level role as we need candidates to hit the ground running due to the tight turnaround on needing the contributors in place.You will need to be able to work effectively with other departments, suppliers & partners (internal & external) ensuring the BBC maintains excellent relationships throughout.Please note: this role requires a relevant DBS check to be undertaken by the BBC at the appropriate level, at the point of offer of a contract of employment.
