Main ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibilities of this position will include:Being a point of contact for admin needs for your teams e.g. Leave, access, DSE equipment, IT requests and new starter set upMaintaining and updating TX Schedules, TX trackers and payment logsPost Production Paperwork - a familiarity with Silvermouse is desirable but not essentialLogging staff hours/leave on Shifts and maintaining and forecasting individual working patternsHelp with clearing of CopyrightAre you the right candidate?We are looking for someone who can juggle and prioritise conflicting demands work across multiple projects and meet deadlines. You should have worked as part of a team and is flexible in their approach to work. Experience of working with Silvermouse would be preferred for this role. Although not essential it would be helpful if you have experience in the use of systems such as Access bookings, MyBusiness and Albert. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in this creative industry, especially BBC Children's - along with excellent admin and communication skills.Please note that this role requires a relevant DBS check to be undertaken by the BBC at the appropriate level, at the point of offer of a contract of employment.The application process will only ask you to upload a CV.
