Editorial Assistant - Spanish Speaking

As an Editorial Assistant at DAZN, you will be responsible for writing articles inLatin-American Spanish to accompany all our live and post-produced sports content. Ensuring we are giving customers the correct detail around our sports content, you will write a brief synopsis for each piece of content on DAZN's USA platform.

This role will involve writing interesting and relevant short-form content on a wide variety of sports, attracting viewers for both live and post-produced content, as well as selecting images. This role will require some journalistic background along with a good knowledge of sports, particularly who the world's top players and teams are.

You will be working on a global product with the opportunity to shape a new generation of sports fans via a video OTT platform that delivers streaming of sport (live and on demand) to customers around the world.

HERE'S YOUR ROLE BROKEN DOWN (NOT ALL OF IT, JUST THE MOST IMPORTANT STUFF)
Ensure that all content displayed on the platform showcases the breadth of matches available and their relevance to the local market.
Write short and insightful articles about every event we show, both informing and exciting the customer.
Select eye-catching and relevant images to associate with every event we show.
Assist social media teams to source interesting and thought-provoking short-form content, primarily through highlight-clipping.

DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?
Fluency in written and verbal Spanish.
Experience in writing journalistic sports content.
Excellent knowledge of worldwide sports, including major players and teams.
Ability to set priorities, goals and timetables to achieve maximum productivity.
Organised and structured work approach to ensure all deadlines are met on time.
