Suited and Booted Studios have an opening for a skillful and experienced senior editor to join our team.
Established for over 17 years we are based in the heart of Bath and constantly evolving and growing. With a client profile of mid range companies and organisations who are looking for a high quality, creative and bespoke production, our main focus is on great storytelling that is beautifully shot and skilfully edited.

You would be jointly responsible for the smooth running of post production across the organisation.
Delivering full post production on projects, including overseeing work by other members of staff, including ensuring their work is delivered to the high standard expected by our clients.

You must be a skillful and experienced editor with the ability to bring out the best from the footage you have, create engaging and creative content with graphics that complement and enhance the message.

You must also be experienced in short form, easy to work with and prepared to go the extra mile for our clients and the company. It is essential that you are well organised, full of creative ideas, have a good sense of humour, the ability to get on well within a team environment and enjoy working collaboratively. Being punctual, able to work to a deadline and taking pride in your work are basic requirements, as is a love of your job.

Creativity and an expert working knowledge of the Adobe creative suite are essential.

You must have technical knowledge and experience in the following:
Adobe CS with a particular focus on
Premiere & After Effects (Motion Graphics & Compositing)
Da Vinci Resolve (Grading)
Audition (Audio post - mixing, recording VO etc)
iZotope RX (Audio Post - mainly fixing issues with bad audio)
Photoshop
Lightroom
Illustrator
It would be an advantage if you had additional practical production skills such as camera operating or sound recording.

This position may suit someone experienced who is looking to progress into a more snr. role.
