Econ Films are looking to build a relationship with a freelance editor to provide graphics and online editing for upcoming projects.

The editor will be required to do online editing (adding b-roll, sound mix, colour grading) and graphics based on offline edits of interviews on economic development, produced by our team. Graphics will be based on data and conceptual visualisations.

The videos are normally filmed on C300s and released online (YouTube and Twitter). Videos are typically 2-4 minutes in length, with some up to 10 minutes.

Please be available to meet and start right away. We are looking for editors available for 5-10 days with flexibility to make tweaks while they manage other projects, especially during w/c 4th and w/c 11th March. Our rates, depending on skills and experience, start at £200 per day.

Familiarity with the types of videos and experience in working in the areas we specialise in (economics, business, research, public policy) is helpful but not essential. Above all, we value someone with a good eye for timing and graphics and who can work quickly and professionally with our team.

Requirements:
Ability to work from home with visits to our office in London Bridge.
Expertise in Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects, as well as an editing suite with this software.
