A great Editor role at an innovative and exciting film studio, providing support, guidance and leadership to the production team on a variety of projects.

The COMPANY

Our client is a renowned film studio who focus on commercial, documentaries and short films.

The ROLE

You will lead the production team with excellent offline and online editing support.

Key Responsibilities -

Lead the team, helping to delegate responsibilities, and ensuring a high level of output
Develop narrative breakdowns to help inform production choices which will affect the edit
Set up editing projects with a consistent, logical structure, including the trimming of rushes for internal and client viewing
Create rough cuts within set timescales and budget
Finalise a film to high-quality level including screen furniture, colour correction, grading and consistent sound mixes.

The CANDIDATE

With previous experience in all stages of video post-production, you will have a strong knowledge of sound design and mixing, and a proven understanding of handling large volumes of data and digital assets.

You will have a significant proficiency in Adobe suite, graphic design across 2D and 3D animation, and data handling software.

Lastly, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a superb attention to detail and extremely strong organisational skills.
