Salary
£425/week on PAYE contract.
Key Area of Responsibility
• Provide full assistance to our Production team as and when required.
• Download compressed format animation and renders from CG studio and conform onto FCP or Premiere timelines
• Update amended layouts and animation revisions in FCP/or Premiere timelines.
• Pre, export and upload updated cutting copies
• Log, archive and load-in all dialogue and pickup record sessions
• Assemble selected dialogue takes as per marked up recording script
• Rough edit of dialogues, clean up and QC as required
• Prepare Animatics and related materials for delivery to CG Studio.
• Export screening files for internal review.
• Layup Sound Fx to Animatics
• Shot numbering and timings of fine cut animatics before dispatch to CG studio.
• Exports of audio splits, OMF's and QTs as required.
• Prep picture and sound Post Production and exports
• Archiving of Animatic Fine Cuts, Approved Final Playblast Animation
• Approved Fine Cut and renders
• Cutting Copies and Edits as work in progress
• Prepare fine cuts of locked picture for Sound Editing and delivery to Sound Editor, Music Composer and copy to CG Studio.
• Prepare fine cuts and any Animation or Render rounds for Broadcasters review
• Management and archiving of final audio tracks from Sound Editor and ensuring Sound Editors have the correct picture versions.
• Prepare final audio for delivery to CG Studio
• Liaise with CG Studio on delivery of final International masters to Unanico and ensuring the required technical standards are met.
• Working with the Production team, and CG Studio to ensure all materials required for post are prepared correctly and in good time.
• Assist with the Preparation of deliverables for Broadcasters
• To liaise with Production and Marketing team as required for delivery approved assets and master copies for Press and merchandising.
• To observe the provision of the Health & Safety at work & data protection acts
• Any other activity relevant to the post.
Required Experience/Professional Skills
• Proficient in use of Excel, Word, FTP sites, Skype Premiere Pro, After Effects (for Comp/FX work).
• Good understanding of broadcast digital video and audio formats and delivery on-line standards
• Strong time management skills
• Able to problem solve and multi-task
• Professional and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Good Technical knowledge. Some previous IT experience preferable.
• Well organized, attention to details
• Must be able to follow directions & complete tasks independently & as part of a team
• Must be able to take direction in a collaborative and fast paced production environment and be willing to work flexible hours.
