Dubbing Production Manager

London

Lead and manage dubbing and audio title coordination team, consisting of leading coordinators to fulfill their production requirements and schedules
Lead dubbing and audio project kick offs with coordination, production, and client ops teams
Collaborate with client ops and operations teams to improve workflows, visibility, and processes of dubbing and audio services and projects
Create and optimize workflows and processes that support dubbing and audio services
Establish a solid understanding and expertise of the client specifications and needs, related to dubbing and audio production workflows and processes
Collaborate with operational teams, production leads and subject matter experts to establish and evolve strategic processes, introducing quality, efficiency, speed, and security improvement solutions that will enhance the customer experience, leading to account growth and operational sustainability
Think strategically while engaging, improving, and developing workflow processes
Identify areas of opportunity to enhance clients' experience and work closely with other department leaders to drive initiatives and to execute on those opportunities
Support Pixelogic's vision and represent the best interests of both the customer as well as the company
Contributor and process owner of dubbing and audio operational development initiatives through engagement with user groups, title coordinators, operations, and client ops on your assigned accounts
Develop and lead workflow/process training programs across coordination team, documenting processes, creating guidelines, training videos, live sessions, and escalation documents for support
Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of dubbing and audio workflows
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Collaborative thinker who works well in a team
Passionate about customer experience and customer service excellence
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical individuals
Deep sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume
Problem solver with creative and innovative approach with ability to think out of the box
Outstanding attention to detail and ability to plan complex projects with urgency
A positive attitude when experiencing obstacles and enthusiastic to get things done
Experience in workflow development planning and providing leadership
Ability to collaborate with clients, IT & software development engineers, R&D, client, technical and territory operations and report to senior managers
Ability to present, demonstrate and train others on systems, tools and workflows
Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and levelheaded demeanor under all circumstances
