Documentary Editor (Korean-Speaking)

London

We are looking for a London-based fluent-Korean-speaking editor to help subtitle in English, and possibly edit, some short ethnographic market research videos filmed in South Korea. English transcripts will be provided; however, if you are experienced and competent at translating from Korean to English, self-translation is also an option.

Candidates with documentary self-shooting experience or a video ethnography background are preferred.

It is vital that you have a genuine interest in people and culture, and an observational style of film-making/editing.

It is essential that you are fluent in both spoken and written Korean and English. You must also be a competent editor (Adobe Premiere Pro 2018/2019).

The estimated start date is Monday, 22nd July, and it is likely to involve one to two weeks' work.

Please get in touch if you fit the requirements and we will provide more details.
