Digital Production Manager

Dorking

The role is responsible for supervising, managing and delivering multiple digital projects to support the overall digital marketing and automation team to deliver Unum's strategic digital marketing and automation priorities.

Key Accountabilities:

Ensuring digital marketing and automation projects and initiatives are produced on time and of high quality in line with all branding requirements, including frontend CMS Managements including customer-facing Content, UX's, UI features, Brand Assets, SEO, Site enhancements, and overall end-to-end production and campaign-delivery.
Oversee production, project documentation, project plans, change requests and issue tracking.
Website management, web-related campaigns, coordination of changes on the Content Management System for Unum and Benni, including things like Compliance, Site Maps, Assets, Supporting Brand and Benni Marketing Mgr, SEO/PPC agency management.
Working closely with Digital, Channel, Brand, Customer, Insights and Regulatory and Compliance teams to ensure the digital roadmap planning and co-ordination is aligned to drive an exceptional customer experience.
Working with Brand and Channel teams, stakeholders, managers and external suppliers to coordinate, manage and report on all production aspects for PPC, SEO, Link-building campaigns to drive impact and performance.
Producing and delivering site traffic and commercial revenue through digital marketing, automation and strategic website projects.
Managing the digital product backlog and quality-control to ensure projects are resourced appropriately, identifying any risks/concerns
Documenting and managing the business-processes responsible for a production schedule for all digital marketing and automation products working alongside the CRM Manager to oversee production on the website backlog, project-management, maintenance of website assets and compliance-related content.
Collaborating, informing and updating Sales and BST teams on any of digital business proposals aligned to marketing plans, strategic initiatives and current governance frameworks, as well as developing plans to deliver on the goals and gather performance measures.
Managing cost effective and competitive production processes according to allocated budgets.
Ensure the continued protection of Unum's information, by following all applicable Information Security policies and procedures and by reporting suspected weaknesses in information security controls to the Information Security Officer.
Understand how Conduct Risk, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) Risk Management and Solvency II systems of Governance relate to both the role and the divisional activities and highlight any opportunities for improvement.
Comply with Unum's Code of Conduct and other Company Policies and Procedures as appropriate to the role.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Degree or equivalent experience in a related subject such as marketing, digital, production or project management, graphic design etc.
Strong experience of managing a wide variety of external suppliers such as design agencies, developers, audio and video producers etc.
Highly developed planning, organisation and attention to detail skills
Ability to act decisively and have strong problem-solving capabilities
Good CMS literacy skills and experience
Strong, effective communication skills, evidenced by regular need to persuade and influence colleagues
Self-motivated with the drive and perseverance to work on own initiative and carry out projects independently as well as working within a team environment where necessary
Organisational and prioritisation skills to manage and deliver a complex and varied workload

Preferred

Demonstratable experience in driving results and demonstrating effectiveness using data.
Experience with CRM Systems
Strong collaborator with excellent influencing skills
Strong background in B2B environments, particularly financial services and/or Insurance.
Exposure with working on larger, matrixed organisations - locally and internationally.
