SUMMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
To oversee the monitoring of coverage for our DNA and Media Hub clients and ensuring all reports are accurate and kept up to date.
To be a key member of the DNA team contributing to the successful growth of the DNA business and servicing of our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setting, capture, edit & upload of TV, radio and online coverage
Day to day CMS management and editing of DNA stories and sites, including upload of content onto the DNA website www.digitalnewsagency.com and client Media Hubs. Includes (but not limited to story creation, uploading videos, stills and documents, handle registrations, users and clients etc)
Provide day to day internal support on DNA for TVC staff
Management of the DNA social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, blog etc) alongside TVC i2i team
Client servicing of DNA and DNAi clients as required
Out of hours support for all DNA and sites internally across TVC and externally for clients as required
Uploading of D-Rolls as required (which may involve early/late/weekend hours)
Assisting DNA management in the compilation and on-going updating/management of client specific reports / WIPs for their media centres - to include but not limited to comparative and month on month statistics, evaluation etc.
Assist and assume responsibility for an on-going project focused on but not limited to driving media registrations, engagement, reporting on media statistics within DNA, marketing to media etc.
Active involvement in the 'Product Roadmap' development project - delivering to agreed deadlines on tasks appointed
Active involvement in the DNA weekly team meetings - feeding back on agreed tasks/assignments from previous meetings
Active involvement with management in conducting necessary research around the DNA platform and related marketplace as requested
Working with management to source freelancers to provide cover, when necessary, in your absence
Co-ordinate the use of the TVC Radio production eg campaign days, voiceovers and ISDN radio OB's, where this would not impact your DNA responsibilities and as approved by DNA management
Internal training to be given to members of the production team on the operation of the studio in order to support radio projects. All radio work requests need to be co-ordinated with the DNA management team.

Accurate compilation and management of all client reports
Involvement in delivering the DNA 'client service' programme
Contributes to and meets timeframes on agreed tasks as part of the Product Roadmap project
Contributes to and meets timeframes on agreed tasks as part of the 'media acquisition' project
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Able to effectively manage user requirements and resolve any issues arising
Strong organisational, administrative & time management skills
Ability to manage a multitude of assignments at once and prioritise accordingly
Mac and PC competency
Use of Adobe Premiere, FCP, Photoshop, FTP Software etc (although not essential as can be trained)
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to both work as part of a team as well as individually
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Proactive member of the team with a 'can do' approach
Professional attitude at all times
