Loose Women is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and talented digital producer to join its multi-award-winning team.We're looking for a highly creative individual who is passionate about working on Britain's longest-running Daytime talk show and who can create compelling video, image and text content to appeal to the Loose Women audience.You will know the Loose Women topics and talent inside out and know just what social content is going to create the maximum engagement to get everyone talking online.As part of the role, the successful candidate will:Use unrivalled access to capture exclusive content that you will only see on our platformsCreate and publish video, image and text content which supports campaigns and digital content priorities, ensuring it meets set objectives and KPIsUnderstand how to optimise content for individual platforms in order to achieve the desired result, focusing specifically on reaching the most appropriate audienceKeep up to date on changes to platforms, considering how they might impact what ITV/the programme does and pitch ideas which help make the most of platformsWork to strict timelines and feedback across the lifecycle of a programmePore over the data to make informed choices about how and when to publish content across the lifecycle of a programmeProduce content which is of the highest possible quality, taking ownership of your own publishing and provide regular feedback to stakeholders.Manage relationships across production and marketingContinually evolve campaigns during their lifecycle, based on data and analytics to meet objectivesMinimum Criteria:Experience publishing content across digital platformsExperience making basic video, image and text content for digital platforms at a major brandExperience using data to inform decisions about what content to publish, when and whereSignificant knowledge about 3rd party platforms and optimal publishing processesExcellent editorial judgement and a keen interest in news and current affairsHave a good understanding of media law and OFCOM regulationsExcellent spelling and grammarBe passionate about increasing online engagement and followersCan-do, self-starter attitude who can work independently to get things doneClosing date for applications: Sunday 5th June 2022
