THE ROLE:We're looking for an ambitious Digital Designer to work across both JLR brands on their global responsive websites as well as other high-profile digital outputs such as Apps. Both brands are continually striving to offer the best online and digital experiences for their customers and potential customers. As Digital Designer you will be expected to work with the UX team to deliver beautiful, user-centric designs for new products, as well as designing content and providing continual optimisation and enhancements to the two brand's existing digital landscape. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Working closely and collaboratively with our UX department * Ensuring the creation of ground-breaking digital products across both brands * Complete responsibility and ownership for projects you work on * You will meticulously develop your ideas and present back to the team * Showing creative initiative by looking for design opportunities in the day to day * You will help to maintain our design systems and develop them where necessary * You will collaborate and work dynamically within a small team environmentPERSON SPECIFICATION: * You are a highly talented designer with a passion for all things digital * You have a firm grasp on Interaction design and User Experience design * Proven experience of working across a diverse number of projects, able to solve problems and keep within tight deadlines * You should be ready to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment where good teamwork is an essential part of the everyday * Any experience of skills with Prototyping software is a huge plus\ A portfolio demonstrating creativity, and innovation * Experience with Digital Design in agency or client environmentsCOMPANY COMPETENCIES: * Accountability: Looking to avoid 'waste" - be it time, money, energy or emotion * Boldness: Appreciating the value and concerns of other team members.
