Digital Creative Manager

London

As our Digital Creative Manager, you will be a key member of the Creative Advertising Team. You will ensure each campaign's digital and social materials align to the overall creative positioning and digital strategy. Reporting into the SVPs Creative Advertising you will be responsible for the following:

Working closely with the senior creative executives to define and implement social creative strategy across the Universal slate with particular focus on trailer break support and assets.

Be the creative voice in the development of overall online strategy, and the development and implementation of each title's digital campaign in collaboration with the Digital Media/Activation team and the Creative lead. Manage the digital content plan on assigned titles.

Specific responsibility for creating a full toolkit of social and interactive assets for assigned international campaigns based on the agreed digital and creative strategy, exploring new and innovative formats and approaches wherever possible. Manage the briefing and production of sites on assigned titles.
Manage external agencies in the development of social assets and advertising materials, ensuring that creative changes are delivered to schedule and budget.
Identify and define tactical best practice across key social platforms and communicate this regularly to the field and internally.
Keep the Head Office team informed with the latest developments in social creative across film and other key markets.
Manage and develop direct relationships with worldwide teams ensuring alignment on assets and strategy on social assets and trailer support materials.
Management of international sites from creative execution to delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements

Essential skills include:

• Extensive knowledge of social media and creation of AV and static social materials
• Experience working at a social creative agency would be preferable
• Demonstrated experience in a creative role gained within TV, music, art, film distribution and/or film exhibition
• Ability to envision the bigger picture and think strategically with an innate creativity and curiosity
• Genuine passion for social media and film
• Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal), coupled with the ability to communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner tailored to the individual audience
• Detail-orientated with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Able to work under pressure in a fast moving and changing environment
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully influence people across differing levels, cultures and personalities
• Track record in successful project management, ability to take on a project and own it from beginning to end
• University degree
