We are looking for a talented Digital Content Creator, skilled in a variety of audio-visual formats (mainly image and video), to join our Creator Marketing and Partnerships team.

The function of this role is to help craft the public face of Mixcloud, creating brand marketing and educational content assets that will be distributed on and off our platform.

This is a role for someone that has the creative and technical skills to design and produce high quality visual assets, infographics and short videos.

Candidates must have a passion for digital content and deep understanding of how to create impact through their creations.

This role is 4 days per week.

Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Create brilliant, engaging, exciting, multi-media content and creative assets.
* Lead on the look and design elements of every new brief and initiative
* Build on our existing branding to create consistent, innovative designs for the content to be posted on our platform, social channels, media partnerships and newsletters
* Apply this style and format to assets created for our creator, product and brand marketing initiatives plus creator partnerships
* Respond to one-off and long-lead content and partnership briefs with innovative content including images and short videos
* Create design templates for ongoing use by other members of the team
* Work with assets supplied by our creators to produce content that fits with our brand style while honouring their look
* Apply your knowledge of how to create impact on brand and social media channels to the creation of different variables of design

WHO YOU ARE
* A music lover and culturally sensitive
* 3+ years experience working either independently or within social media or brand teams as a content creator
* A unique creative vision and flair for design, proficient in Adobe Suite for design and video editing (Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or other design and video editing software
* A deep understanding of social media and knowledge of current trends
* A team player who can communicate effectively with team members and external Creators
* Strong time management skills
* Confident and sensitive in cross-team communication and collaboration
* Passionate about culture and the space in which Mixcloud operates
