IMG are seeking a Digital Assistant Producer to assist on the editorial and digital production of VT content for the Premier League and their International Broadcasters Worldwide.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Self-editing on Premier Pro as well working with avid editor and to supervise post-production as necessary.
Producing features for the digital & creative department of PLP - creating engaging content for digital consumption from match highlights, news clips, archive stories and emotive features, in multiple aspect ratios 16:9, 1x1 and 9x16
To plan, research and edit content, including graphics designs and ideas.
Working with the Producer to identify key stories, fun elements, social-driven content that people will share across digital platforms.
To set up and direct single camera shoots and conduct interviews with studio on-screen talent, players and matchday contributors as necessary.
To film mobile phone content on key match days, delivering to tight deadlines
Responsible for shoot risk assessments as appropriate
Understand compliance guidelines for live matchday, clubs, broadcasters, as appropriate
You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.

Required Knowledge and Experience

Previous experience as an assistant producer or similar
Proven experience of self-editing on Premier Pro, understanding digital workflows, and social media engagement
Experience of supervising edits for highlights, news VT's, archive stories and high-quality feature-based content
Sound experience of self-shooting on a mobile phone & delivering content
Experience creating video specifically for social media platforms
Experience of writing digital ideas and creative briefs, including key script lines for emotive and stylized features
Excellent knowledge of the Premier League football - current and historical
Experience of self-shooting and directing single camera shoots

Required Skills and Abilities

Good knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects
Experience creating video specifically for social media platforms
Ability to plan, but also work under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
Editing with an avid editor and producing high quality and engaging features
Good communication skills (both written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to balance their own workload while also offering support/guidance to other team members.
Experience of self-shooting and shooting on digital formats

Working Conditions

This is a fixed-term role until May 2022 and will be based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge.
Working hours are average 40 hours per week
Regular weekend and evening working required
