We are looking to meet DEVELOPMENT RESEARCHERS.

We're looking to make contact with people with experience working in a development team, and with a great 'format brain' in entertainment and factual entertainment.

Skills we're looking for:
• Regularly come up with great top line concepts for entertainment and fact ent shows
• Work up ideas into fully fledged formats
• Present those formats as visually distinctive and well-written pitch documents
• Put together development promos by writing VO scripts and finding clips
• Set up quiz and game run-throughs
• Research facts, stories and content to help ideas come to life
