We are looking for an experienced development researcher/AP to join our team ASAP.

You will be working in a small team, developing predominately factual / fact ent programmes for a range of UK broadcasters. The role will involve generating ideas, gaining access, casting contributors and talent, and writing proposals.

You must be creative and self-motivated and as you will be required to shoot and produce taster tapes you must be a confident shooter and be able to edit on Premier Pro.

You should be full of ideas, have extensive knowledge of the world of telly and be great at writing briefs. It's a small team and you would be working directly to the development executive so it's a genuine opportunity to develop your own ideas and get your voice heard.

Our office is based in Chorleywood, so you must be willing to commute here on a daily basis plus hold a full driving licence.

Initially a 6 month contract.
