Barcroft Productions are expanding their development team. We are looking for talented Development Producers and APs who are strong ideas generators with a background in formats across a variety of genres including factual entertainment. Must have experience developing for both UK and US broadcasters.

These roles will suit candidates who thrive as part of a team and enjoy being part of a collaborative creative process - she/he will be working closely with the Head of Development, Producers and Execs.

For both roles, we are looking for someone who loves to watch TV and generate ideas. Someone who has excellent writing skills and is proficient in creating and designing treatments in Powerpoint, Photoshop and InDesign. Shooting skills are a plus but not essential.

The contracts will be until the end of year/Christmas with the potential to extend.
