Do you live and breathe new fact ent and reality shows, and always have an opinion on which is the best season of Drag Race, or which of The Ultimatum couples were doomed to split up?

We are looking for a strong ideas generator with a proven track record in developing distinctive, big scale factual entertainment ideas for a range of broadcasters and platforms to join our development team in London.

This Development Producer will be working principally on reality and premium factual entertainment ideas for the SVOD and US market so experience originating ideas for the streamers is essential. Knowledge of the US networks and cable channels would also be an advantage.

We are looking for an original thinker who loves to come up with fresh ideas, who brings energy and enthusiasm to brainstorms and who can work their toplines into smart formats. You'll be expected to produce compelling treatments and pitch materials, lead brainstorms, spot exciting new talent to work with, produce sizzles (either cutting yourself or working with an editor) and design decks. We want someone who can think big and come up with noisy, ambitious formats with scale.

Role Responsibility
This London-based development team has a particular focus on winning commissions with the streaming platforms and US broadcasters. A thorough understanding of what is working on the streamers is crucial and you will need to keep across the latest developments in the factual entertainment and reality genre across the Atlantic.

You will be expected to come up with exciting new concepts that have the potential to be returnable, sellable and scalable and that will resonate with an international audience. You will also be able to think through formats and solve problems to make your and the team's ideas as distinctive as possible. You will be passionate about talent and finding vehicles for both established and emerging names.

You will have a strong track record of coming up with imaginative and commissionable programme proposals. You will need to show you can write punchy, effective decks, and you will have highly developed team-working and communication skills with the ability to identify opportunities for collaborations.

Are you the right candidate?
* You will have a minimum of 1 year's experience at Producer level working specifically to develop original non-scripted factual entertainment ideas for linear television and streamers in the reality, competitions and formats space.
* You will have a passion for developing new content across channels and platforms with the desire to build on the success of our established brands.
* You will relish developing creative and innovative new ideas showing an awareness of the television market in the UK and the US, keeping across new trends and talent within television, in particular with regards to reality.
* Working across a slate of development ideas and managing time and resources, you will have excellent communication skills, writing fast turnaround punchy, effective pitching documents and producing taster tapes in order to aid successful commissions.
* Experience of Powerpoint and Premiere is preferred.
* Excellent people skills.
* Production experience is desirable but not required.
* Experience in handling confidential and/or controversial information with tact and sensitivity.
