Off the Fence Productions is looking to hire a Development Producer.

Working remotely at first (as per Covid restrictions) you will ideally be based in Bristol or have the ability to travel to Bristol for regular development meetings.

A proven track record in originating and developing ideas in the factual/unscripted space for major broadcasters and platforms, you will have a passion for all things documentary and a sound knowledge of the programming landscapes both in the UK and North America.

We are ideally looking for somebody with plenty of initiative and ambition who will become a key part of our growing development team.

Exceptional writing skills and a talent for producing stand-out sizzles are a must. Proficiency in In-Design, a big bonus.

This is a 12 month contract with a 3 month trial period.
