CTVC is looking to expand its ideas team and needs a development AP, or very experienced development researcher who's ready to step up. We produce shows that focus on social issues, education and history as well as programming for teens, and have also made a range of obs docs and prime time features and formats.

You must have solid development experience, be a team player and prepared to work on ideas across the board. You need to feel as comfortable in sport docs and current affairs as in emotive character led stories. Most importantly, we need someone who thinks out the box and is terrier-like with their ideas. You should be good on the phone and able to nurture stories and access.
