The Designer is responsible for servicing the graphic design needs of Fremantle's Global Marketing Department through the creation of graphic materials produced in house, as well as providing creative input into externally produced materials as required.

The position follows the remit of the Global Marketing Department in servicing all areas of Fremantle's business across production, formats, distribution, digital, social and commercial. Projects cover a mix of B2B launch campaigns and activities for our content, and some consumer facing materials including social media content, and corporate projects. The role works across all of Fremantle's genres and markets, including scripted, non-scripted, branded entertainment and formats.

Specific Responsibilities:
To produce design projects from brief to fulfillment, including printed materials; ads; display graphics; branding; digital and social graphics;pitches and presentations
Some motion graphics design, working with in-house editors
Developing creative for new campaigns to promote new or existing TV shows
Creating brand identities and style guides
Working with specialist creative suppliers as needed
Managing print production, including selecting appropriate materials and finishes
Maintaining templates/ style guides/ systems etc
Working directly with clients and stakeholders and collaborating closely with the rest of the Creative Team on creative elements of cross-media campaigns.

Main Job Requirements:
Experience of a similar role working with entertainment brands in a commercial design environment
Knowledge of print production processes and artworking for print
Knowledge of design and production for digital and social media
Creative judgement, passion for design excellence and attention to detail
Ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines
Experience of liaising with clients, excellent communicator and relationship builder
Experience working on event and experiential creative projects is desirable
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative ideas
A track record of collaborating with marketing and other departments
Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
Must demonstrate initiative and work flexibly and independently
Follow emerging trends and culture and keep in touch with the wider creative community
High level Adobe experience for layout (Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign)
Some Adobe experience for motion (Premiere, After Effects)
PowerPoint and Keynote
