The Designer is responsible for servicing the graphic design needs of Fremantle's Global Marketing Department through the creation of graphic materials produced in house, as well as providing creative input into externally produced materials as required.The position follows the remit of the Global Marketing Department in servicing all areas of Fremantle's business across production, formats, distribution, digital, social and commercial. Projects cover a mix of B2B launch campaigns and activities for our content, and some consumer facing materials including social media content, and corporate projects. The role works across all of Fremantle's genres and markets, including scripted, non-scripted, branded entertainment and formats.Specific Responsibilities:To produce design projects from brief to fulfillment, including printed materials; ads; display graphics; branding; digital and social graphics;pitches and presentationsSome motion graphics design, working with in-house editorsDeveloping creative for new campaigns to promote new or existing TV showsCreating brand identities and style guidesWorking with specialist creative suppliers as neededManaging print production, including selecting appropriate materials and finishesMaintaining templates/ style guides/ systems etcWorking directly with clients and stakeholders and collaborating closely with the rest of the Creative Team on creative elements of cross-media campaigns.Main Job Requirements:Experience of a similar role working with entertainment brands in a commercial design environmentKnowledge of print production processes and artworking for printKnowledge of design and production for digital and social mediaCreative judgement, passion for design excellence and attention to detailAbility to manage own workload and work to deadlinesExperience of liaising with clients, excellent communicator and relationship builderExperience working on event and experiential creative projects is desirableDemonstrated ability to develop and implement creative ideasA track record of collaborating with marketing and other departmentsStrong internal and external stakeholder management skillsMust demonstrate initiative and work flexibly and independentlyFollow emerging trends and culture and keep in touch with the wider creative communityHigh level Adobe experience for layout (Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign)Some Adobe experience for motion (Premiere, After Effects)PowerPoint and KeynoteTo apply please send your CV and Cover letter
