We are now looking for a Deputy Head of Stage who will play a key role in a team of dedicated technical professionals, working collaboratively across the theatre and with creative teams, to deliver excellence in bringing world-class productions to The Old Vic stage, alongside an innovative and industry-leading Additional Programming schedule. The post-holder will be actively involved in the setting up shows including fit-ups, get-outs, technical, rehearsals, dress rehearsals and weekly show cover. The successful candidate will be a dynamic professional with significant experience of working in a Stage department for a producing theatre, excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to manage and train casual stage staff.
