Do you possess strong creative and editorial judgement and thrive on the buzz of working within a live broadcasting environment? And are you an inspiring manager and leader with a passion for developing and nurturing a team?

The topical debate show is broadcast live Monday to Friday, so the successful candidate will have exceptional knowledge of live television and gallery experience as well as a strong news and forward planning background.

The ideal candidate will excel at knowing just what gets the Loose Women viewers talking, have the scoop for a news story and be bursting with ideas on how to create the talked-about TV moments Loose Women has become famous for.

You will thrive on developing and overseeing award-winning campaigns that change the lives of our viewers. You will know the programme and its audience inside out and have big-picture ideas on how to keep Britain's best-loved panel show evolving.

You must have a proven track record of being a Series or Senior Producer or Deputy Editor with experience of outputting live shows and an understanding of compliance guidelines and OFCOM regulations. A flexible approach to work is a necessity as you may be asked to work weekends and bank holidays on occasion.

If you think you have what it takes to work on one of Britain's buzziest, most-talked about shows, we want to hear from you.

Please send your CV plus FIVE ideas you think would be perfect for the show. All applications must be submitted by close of play on the 12th March.

Closing date - Monday 12th March 2018
