Working as part of the UK Crewing Services team, the main purpose of the role is to source staff for our Live Video Broadcast Operations and Post Production Services.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist with the selection and booking of staff
• Coordinate project specific administrative duties, including but not limited to:

- Compile and issue schedules and contact sheets.
- Liaise with subcontractors and event production staff regarding visas, work permits, H&S compliance as well as travel and accommodation.
- Raise and issue crew purchase orders.
- Monitor the validity of all crew documentation.
- Collating and submitting crew data, ensuring accuracy and ongoing data protection compliance.
- Provide a point of contact for Broadcast staff

• Liaise with the finance department regarding project labour invoicing.
• Contribute to weekly Crewing Services meetings including project status updates


The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

Essential:

• Experience in booking TV and Broadcast crew
• Knowledge of the TV and Broadcast environment, products and services
• Strong IT skills, with experience in Microsoft Word, databases and possess intermediate - advanced Microsoft Excel competency.

Desirable:

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent administrative and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
