We are looking for an experienced and talented Creative Producer to join TikTok's Creative Lab in London. Working closely with our diverse team of in-house creatives, you will be a part of a creative think tank working across many creative touchpoints. If you're someone who is both strategic and tactical, and loves creating reason out of ambiguity, making lists, keeping things organized and chasing creatives to help build beautiful campaigns, we'd love to speak with you.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day workflow between internal cross-functional teams to execute creative concepts into deliverables
- Create project schedules, effectively managing timelines from conception through successful launch and beyond communicating milestones to stakeholders - ensure projects stay on track by aligning campaign goals with deliverables, schedules, estimates and budgets
- Prepare and maintain task lists, issue tracking, status reports and meeting notes; oversee management and organization of creative assets
- Serve as a point of contact between internal and external teams (incl. agencies)
- Communicate project issues and be solution-oriented
- Be a bridge between global brand strategy workstreams and the EU regional ones
Qualifications
- 6+ years of work experience working with multiple teams and deliverables to maintain budget and timeline
- Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, maintaining organization, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguously defined environments
- Exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills
- Team player, strong people skills and ability to engage on all levels of the organization
- Highly experienced in managing creative for large paid media campaigns (linear TV, digital, print, social, etc.)
- Deep understanding of the creator online video landscape and digital media creative and development
- Ideally from a creative agency or brand-side from an internet/tech company, with experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams
