The role - summary
We're looking for an experienced, ambitious and talented Creative Producer to join our award-winning team - someone who has an exceptional talent and passion for creating original, strategy-led and audience-focused content.

The role - in more detail
Reporting to the Creative Director, and working alongside our creative development and production teams, you will be leading productions: collaboratively developing and realising the vision for our clients' content. You'll be a senior member of the creative team - turning clients' objectives into effective, purposeful campaigns. Asset creation will primarily be across film, animation, print, TV and OOH.

With project budgets ranging from £15k - £200k and clients across leading global charities and brands, this is an exciting and rare opportunity to be at the forefront of independent production.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing creative and conceptual responses to project briefs
Bringing treatments to life with exciting ideas, imagery and references
Leading projects from commission to distribution, managing a team of creatives (both in-house and external) along the way
Direct communication with client / partner teams, from initial pitch through production and delivery
Oversight of budgets and timelines and responsibility for delivery of all assets
Ensuring all the client's visuals are consistent with their overall brand and adhering to the parameters of the initial brief

Experience / requirements:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills
Proven creative and strategic abilities
Commitment to, and passion for, creating high quality and effective content
Keen awareness and insatiable appetite for industry trends
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and happy to work independently but also, crucially, a good team player
Diplomatic, positive and calm with the ability to manage pressure and deal with conflicting demands
Experience working on animation and print projects desirable
Experience working in (or with) the third sector an advantage
Minimum of 5 years in an agency or similar environment with relevant experience
