Creative Producer

London

Condé Nast Creative Studio works across multiple Condé Nast brands, developing unique branded content campaigns and other bespoke initiatives for our client list of the world's most coveted luxury and lifestyle brands.

We are looking for a creative producer who will be a key member of the Condé Nast Creative Studio. The successful candidate will sit within the Creative Strategy team, working on branded content pitches and proposals from a video perspective, as well as overseeing video from a creative perspective on successful pitch wins.

They will work closely with the central Sales team to lead, contribute, develop and deliver a suite of video and social-focused content for a range of Condé Nast titles including Vogue, GQ, Wired and Glamour. They will ensure that content is produced to extremely high creative standards across multiple platforms and will also be involved in the end-to-end process from receiving briefs, creatively examining them through to production and delivery on brief and on budget. This role will entail working closely with the editorial, digital and commercial teams across the Condé Nast titles.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Generate on-brand, cross-platform creative ideas, series and franchises across social-only, short-form and documentary-style video
* Write up and pitch these ideas both internally and to external clients
* To be a key part of the Creative Studio team to commission and produce high-quality video and related content, working closely with the Condé Nast titles and the senior Branded Content team
* Manage end-to-end creative production on all projects
* Work closely with the Creative Studio's Senior Production Manager, to agree video production budgets, and schedules
* Keep abreast of video-related platform updates, algorithmic changes and best practice
* Support Editorial teams where required
* To interrogate creative ideas for the best possible iterations to generate engagement across various platforms including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, IGTV, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok and live video
* Develop treatments with directors to ensure projects reflect the overall aesthetic
* Define and monitor quality standards and outputs of external and internal commissioned content
* Manage both internal and external relationships with a range of talent and agents from emerging to high profile
* Ensure delivery against budgets, timelines and requirements.
* Ensure clear lines of communication with all parties, internal and external, including content sign off and reporting
* Network with directors, producers, creatives and industry contacts to keep abreast of current trends
* Show a passion and enthusiasm for fashion, design, music, art and culture

Essential Skills & Requirements
* Extensive experience producing commercial video content of extremely high standards
* Experience in commissioning directors, and production companies
* Proven experience in innovating in video, particularly on social platforms, driving groundbreaking concepts and industry firsts
* Proven experience in concepting, writing up and pitching innovative, creative video ideas
* Strong understanding of client requirements in commercially funded video content
* Vast knowledge of talent and influencers that reflect the Condé Nast brand and the ability to manage and negotiate talent of all levels
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
* Understanding of scoping and managing budgets
* Excellent understanding of content strategy and execution
* A broad knowledge of the video landscape and social platforms
* Meticulous planning and reporting skills
