The role
We are looking for an innovative and inspiring Creative Producer to lead on developing and realising live and digital production opportunities for performance and design students. Why choose us?
University of the Arts London is a vibrant world centre for innovation, drawing together six Colleges with international reputations in art, design, fashion, communication and performance.

Wimbledon College of Arts and its two programmes of study (Acting & Performance and Performance Design & Technologies) provides a collaborative performance environment producing bold, innovative performers and experimental designers.

We believe in a non-hierarchical, inclusive approach to performance making, that treats all the elements of Performance (acting, directing, writing, design, technologies) as equal partners. This provides the right environment to develop and equip talented pioneers in theatre and performance. Underpinning our approach is the ethos of the Arts School, encouraging students to question and develop a personal voice and individual practice.

The School of Performance was created in 2017 bringing together our established Performance Design courses and our Acting and Performance courses which began in September 2019. Theatre study has been at the heart of the College since 1930's with established courses in Theatre Design running from the 1950's.

In return, UAL offers generous leave, an attractive pension and a commitment to your continuing personal development and training in an environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity. Relocation assistance is available.

Your profile
With a degree in a relevant subject, the successful candidate will bring considerable experience of the industry and delivering theatre and performance related productions. The role requires a collaborative and pro-active approach to working with a wide range of stakeholders and delivering outcomes.
