Creative Producer

Central London

Do you love taking a client brief, making it a reality and exceeding expectations? You might be our next Creative Producer. Your role will involve everything from generating ideas and assembling the right team, to seeing the project through to the final stages of production. As Creative Producer you will know all about each aspect of the production process and how to make things happen. You will also have a keen awareness and understanding of commercial factors in a project and work with internal creative team to produce the highest quality work that meets clients needs.

Key Responsibilities
Managing commercial projects, responsible for budgeting and scheduling production.
Involved in the end-to-end process from receiving briefs, creatively examining them through to production and delivery on brief and on budget.
Liaising between external clients and studio based artists to clearly communicate briefs and feedback.
Taking client feedback and ideas, and adapting them to the resources and creative ideas within a team to work towards a mutual goal/product everyone is happy with.
Helping streamline ideas.


Your day will usually look like this
Responding to emails.
Working across multiple projects to make sure everything is on track and up to date.
Setting up and chairing team meetings to make sure teams are communicating with each other.
Working closely with the Creative Director to understand and interpret client feedback to reach a mutual agreement, and communicate any updates to the team.
Working closely with the producers on pitches and new projects.

Required Skills
You are comfortable working in a dynamic and creative environment, familiar with treading the fine line between quality, time and costs.
You have a good understanding of the CG animation pipeline.
You can demonstrate strong production management skills (google suite, schedules and quotes).
Basic understanding of CC Adobe Suite (specifically Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects).
Costing new projects for clients.
Project management and media review software e.e. Ftrack, Shotgun, etc.


Extra awesome:
You have an understanding of other animation pipelines i.e. 2D/Cel/VFX.
You have a working understanding of Maya.

Required Experience
3+ years minimum experience working in CG animation industry.
Experience working on short-term or commercial projects.
Experience communicating with clients/agencies.
