We develop and produce content for TV broadcasters, creative agencies, media companies and brands direct. We've won awards and made things that we're really proud of in all sorts of genres. This role will expand our current branded content department.Working within a small development team as part of a larger production department, you'll be responding to brand funded briefs that are predominantly aimed at a younger skewing, digital audience for all devices. Helping shape innovative concepts for a broad range of clients on any number of established and emerging platforms.We've previously created short/mid/long form digital formats and one-off stunts, pre-roll advertising campaigns, TV ad break takeovers, TV shows, podcasts entire YouTube channels and interactive strands for most social platforms.ROLE RESPONSIBILITY We're looking for someone who is highly creative, excited by collaborative ideas and has an enthusiasm for researching new topics and becoming an expert in a subject really quickly.Working closely with the Creative Director and producers you'll be writing up proposals and designing deck materials for pitches and treatments in response to briefs from brands, broadcasters and agencies.You'll be happy to work independently, lead development sessions, present ideas internally and also collaborate with other departments to better inform your ideas. An awareness and interest in the landscape of television, digital and social platforms in the UK and US is important.Whilst the core focus of this role will be in responding to branded projects you'll also have opportunity to contribute to the wider development slate.SKILLSWe're looking for people with excellent writing skills, a talent for problem solving and a keen eye for detail. You'll have at least 3 year's experience working in a similar role at a content company, broadcaster, creative or media agency.You'll have a proven track record for developing ideas quickly and methodically, keeping a cool head when unexpected changes to timelines or client feedback comes in.Be familiar with Adobe Suite and have a strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere. With Keynote, PowerPoint and InDesign experience useful. You'll be someone who actively seeks out new formats, trends and production technologies for telling stories on digital platforms.Be a practical creative with a mixture of production and development experience. Understanding of a production process is desirable, if you have side projects we're interested in hearing about them.Be self-motivated and able to work independently, proactively undertaking research to identify and develop new ideas and approaches with new talent.
