Reporting to the Director, Creative Content - this position will be part of a growing team focused on developing effective creative content campaigns for Universal Pictures International. You will work closely with the International Publicity Team, as well as Domestic Digital Marketing & Publicity, Creative Content, Brand and Photo Departments, to carry out international creative content strategies and ensure that efforts are coordinated, integrated and aligned.Qualifications/RequirementsKey Responsibilities:• Manages multiple medium to large International Theatrical Publicity campaigns, reporting directly to Director, Creative Content. • Manages International photography needs and priorities (art-dependent covers, custom art, exclusives, unit photography, etc.) with the Photo Department and facilitates special shoots set-up, execution, and distribution.• Manages production process, tracks approvals/clearances, file delivery, and launch of all Creative Content A/V materials such as featurettes, clips, event coverage, generic interviews, b-roll, etc. • Manages timeline and roll-out plan to ensure timely delivery of all Publicity A/V and Print materials once placement has been determined by Domestic and International Publicity teams. • Handles communication to all territories accounting for all Publicity Creative Content debuts breaks • Drafts Marketing Strategy Guides and Marketing Strategy Content Guides accounting for all approved Print and A/V Publicity materials and ad-hoc reports or presentations showcasing Publicity best practices/guidelines based on industry and/or territory learnings. • Act as backup to Director, Creative Content in International Publicity. • Supervise and mentor the assigned International Creative Content team intern.• Works with Director, Creative Content to oversee spend on all creative projects and negotiates with vendors to keep within budget.Requirements:o Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, a related field or equivalent o Previous experience in entertainment, digital marketing, content production or similar field in an agency or content creation environment with project management skills and knowledge of creative advertising and technical processes.o High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and deadlines o Ability to work in a fast paced environment to meet tight deadlines o Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate ideas in a clear and concise manner, especially to o Demonstrated passion for film, creative visual storytelling, digital/interactive landscape, social media o A deep knowledge of the digital landscape and strong understanding of production is preferred
