We are currently seeking a Creative person to head up our Creative and Production teams situated on client site in Milton Keynes. You will be a passionate and super organised Creative who isn't afraid to get stuck in and deliver great work through creative concepts to final delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing creative and production work in various channels, including print, digital and video, ensuring a best in class end product. You will be predominantly based in Milton Keynes, but with strong connections to the Creative team in London.ResponsibilitiesHands-on Creative with extensive print and motion knowledge for both content and social media assets.Overseeing and developing creative ideas, designs and wider creative solutions that can work across all channels, including print, digital, events, social, film & video.Collaborating with all stakeholders - both internal and external.Ability to develop a core creative idea and take that right through to finished deliverable.Understand complexity of brief and advise on practical timelines and resource required.Become the Brand Guardian and make sure all brand updates are documented and distributed accordingly.Attending and actively contributing to kick off meetings, briefings, photoshoots and client presentations.Managing time across multiple project deliveries.Work collaboratively with colleagues, offering support with others' workload where possible.Support your team to resolve all issues.Manage your and your teams' workload, resource levels and holiday allocation.Responsible for the turnaround of your teams work within the agreed timescale.Mentor, support and train colleagues, new starters and freelance resource.Ensure workflows and processes are respected and enforced.Ability to manage fast turnaround projects.Work closely with the onsite Account Team and Studio to deliver high quality, well considered concepts and final artwork that meets/surpasses client expectations.Understand a range of formats with an eagerness to stay on top of latest trends and best practise to add value to the client.QualificationsMinimum 3 years' experience in similar role.BA (Hons) Graphic Design or equivalent qualification.Experience in managing a team.Good working knowledge of all design and production - print / video & film / web / digital (static and moving) / interactive PDFs / presentations.Advanced Mac and program skills including Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and After Effects.Experience of working on photoshoots.Client facing skills and presentation experience.A thorough understanding of print and printing processes.A strong eye for typography and design application.A 'can do' attitude and calmness under pressure.Strong interpersonal communication skills.A self-starter who is keen on processes and implementation.Decision making abilityDemonstrated team player with the ability to work with other agencies collaboratively
