Coordinator, Technical Operations (Maternity cover)

Role Summary:

The Technical coordinator will be responsible for the outbound delivery of Film and TV broadcast content, for UK and Germany, along with the delivery of Family content for transactional releases world-wide, including AVOD platforms.


Key responsibilities:

Coordinate the delivery of all UK/DE Film and TV content for the appropriate TV Film sales windows.
Service acquired territories with AV/Marketing material as and when required.
Coordinate the scheduling of all digital video Family content to world-wide platforms, including localised assets.
Coordinate all UK/DE DVD and Blu-ray authoring for TV content, sourcing approval on all menu designs and added value content, ensuring DLT's are supplied for replication in timely manner.
Signing off all emulation discs, ensuring all navigation and content is correct and to eOne specs, as well as signing off check discs and ensuring they have been through their third-party QC (where necessary).
Ensure all localised assets required for physical release are created.
Submit all content for physical/digital BBFC & IFCO classification.
Work closely with the Senior Technical Manager, feeding back weekly on progress of titles.
Organise the transfer, ingest, and QC of catalogue Film and TV content into DifuzeGo
Assist the Senior Technical Manager with day to day duties.


Key Competencies:

Ability to prioritize, multi-task efficiently and work independently
Understanding of postproduction process, global platform/broadcaster technical specifications and delivery timeframes
Understanding of International Distribution (e.g. formats, technical specifications and delivery processes)
Good communicator (verbal and written)
Organized and systematic with an eye for detail
Working knowledge of data-processing tools including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, and Word.
