The role of the Content Runner will involve day to day assisting the studio team, client services and product/props inventory. You will focus on building relationships internally, providing best-in-class service to clients, assisting the production team and ensuring that all product/props are categorized and stored appropriately.

Day to Day product management and running, including greeting clients, showing them to studios and offering refreshments at regular intervals
Provide high-end service to clients, making sure they feel well looked after throughout their time at HSC
Ensure all product is prepped for the shoots the day before, according to the briefs you've been given by the producton team
Clear down studios of all product and store them appropriately at the end of the shoot day
Assist Production team where required, creating call sheets, ordering couriers, assisting with finances, creating vendors etc.
Maintain constant communication with the Content Production team and Business Director
Develop long lasting and trusted relationships with the clients and Hogarth colleagues
Make sure that all product received is in mint condition and flag to the appropriate producer if otherwise
Perform runs to pick up missing product / props where necessary
Be a support, and source of training, for Junior members of the Production Team
Qualifications

1-2 years experience within a production department
Enthusiastiic with desire to develop their career within Content
Basic knowledge of primary production and post production workflows
Confident with strong client-facing interpersonal skills
Supports and solicits input from team members at all levels
Maintains lasting client relationships internally & externally
Pro-active not re-active
