The Role:
* Manage integrated content productions from conception to development and implementation.
* Co-ordinating different departments across multiple projects.
* Work closely with a varied briefing pool, from internal creatives, external Advertising Agency, Direct from Client, and in-house production teams, to produce outstanding content films.
* Own overall responsibility for production of projects. From video shoots, post production, teasers/tags, online media, idents, motion graphics and corporate films.
* Manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets and scopes - with an uncanny attention to detail.

Requirements:
* Extensive experience as a producer in a production/post/content company.
* Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule and control productions, applying creative and strategic thinking, and technical and project management skills to satisfy production requirements.
* Ability to source a mix of established and up & coming directors, knowledge of crewing and production management, plus casting, music and creative post production
* Ability to manage creative-driven projects with tight budgets, fixed timelines and very high expectations
* Managing all aspects of a shoot, from pre-production through to delivery
* Researching location options, recce, artists, VO's, stock footage
* Troubleshooting on set
* Creating timing plans, shoot schedules & call sheets
* Post production experience essential
