Job Description:
We are always on the lookout for dynamic and creative content producers at Engage Digital Partners. Our producers are multi-talented - they can manage a project from idea to execution: from concept and plan, to self-shooting, producing on location and interviewing, right through to edit. If this sounds like you and you want to create engaging digital content for a range of platforms then get in touch! You should be comfortable dealing with clients, and delivering high-quality content on time and to specification. The ideal candidates will have a strong editorial sense and will know what works well across a variety of digital platforms, and have the technical skills to bring these ideas to life.
Key skills and knowledge:
Experience shooting on cameras such as FS7, BM, A7S or similar
Experience using Adobe Premiere to produce short and longer form edits
Familiarity with exporting of digital video files and compression
Experience of YouTube channel management and optimisation best practices (video SEO and thumbnail creation) beneficial
Keen, ongoing awareness and interest in trends across social media, online video and sports output internationally
Strong communication skills both within the internal team and with clients and contributors
Knowledge of media law
Strong editorial sensibility - able to identify strong content that will perform well on digital/social platforms (YouTube etc)
Previous client management desirable
A creative opportunist up for trying new ideas and an ability to capture fun, engaging content
Experience/interest in a range of sports beneficial
General:
Work flexible days, according to the appropriate sports-related calendar
Able to perform under pressure and to work to tight timescales
Be a good communicator with strong relationship management skills
Salary dependent on experience
