Content Producer

London

The Content Producer will join our team to work on a mixture of projects - many of which are geared towards sustainability, diversity, equity & inclusion or creative innovation. We are looking for a self-employed individual to work with us 4 days a week. The content producer must be able to work autonomously whilst taking guidance from the team leader. Work will be done mainly online and remotely but with occasional in person meetings .

The Content Producer will be responsible for managing content and reporting to the Project Lead and/or Managing Director. The applicant will need to be able to produce high quality reports, and be able to take part in workshops with the project lead. Other responsibilities will range from designing interview questions, session plans, producing stimulus films, managing a team of designers, leading stimulus production and finding expert speakers. You will be helping to set up, take notes, and debrief workshops. The desired candidate will need to know how to work with clients, partners and other agencies as most of the role will be client facing.
This role is an exciting opportunity to quickly build experience managing work streams on large projects and within a small global team.
The day-rate is dependent on experience and will be invoiced monthly.

ABOUT THE APPLICANT

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & INTERESTS
Confident at managing multiple work streams, working under pressure, whilst client-facing
Experienced in managing events (online or real world)
Excellent project management skills
Creative and editorial flair for managing video content, experience producing film content
Experience in content creation, preferably creating training materials
Experience managing designers to produce high quality pieces of work
Be curiosity-driven, eager to explore and imaginative problem-solver

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
Experience in working with experts in design and film editors
Managing production timelines within budgets
Managing a team and their time
Researching and analysing subjects and data
Impeccable attention to detail across materials, emails, communication
Finding, briefing and managing experts
Keen impetus to immerse yourself in a new subject, product, brand
Writing articles, newsletters, case studies

REQUIRED SKILLS
Exceptional writing ability
Resourceful and thorough researching of people, products and subjects
Experience interviewing senior company members, experts and contributors
Excellent interpersonal skills for managing relationships with clients, experts and consumers

DESIRABLE SKILLS
Editing interviews
Document layout design
Mural content Design
Experience in PowerPoint, DropBox, Zoom, Google Workspace
